Beshoy Agaeby, the owner of Stay Comfy HVAC, was fantastic to work with. He was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable while helping me troubleshoot my furnace issues. After diagnosing the problem, he replaced the furnace transformer and clearly explained what went wrong and why.
He took his time walking me through everything step by step and also helped install and set up a new WiFi thermostat. His calm, thorough approach really reduced the stress of the situation. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine care and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Beshoy and Stay Comfy HVAC.

AMAZING!
Had a problem with our HVAC. Called out the company that installed to service. They replaced the capacitor and the. Said the compressor was bad and needed to replace the whole unit.
Reached out to Stay Cool and Beshoy said he would take a look. Noticed the capacitor was wired incorrectly and that was all it took.
I could have been more pleased with the great service and Beshoy was very knowledgeable about lots of things to look out for in the future.
