Our old garage door opener quit operating. Precision and their tech, Ben, installed a new opener and rail. He also inspected the door and found some frayed cables which he replaced, as well as performing a service on the door mechanisms. He programmed the new opener and remotes, including the outdoor keypad and the Homelink in our car. He was very courteous and personable, and we were thoroughly pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. We highly recommend them!
Technician was prompt, friendly, and seemed to work very efficiently. He identified the problems with our door, offered solutions to the problems and, after ok from me, performed the work quickly and cleaned up.
