The dentist may be great, but I never made it there to find out. Two of my appointments were cancelled due to the building not having heat. In the first instance they had already rescheduled my appointment to an earlier time. It was about ten minutes before my appointment (8am) when they called to inform me they would have to cancel. We rescheduled for the following week. They then called the same morning of that appointment to inform me again that they didn't have heat. That was two days of rearranging my work schedule to make my appointment that they canceled with only ten minutes and then six hours notice. They will not be given a third chance to waste my time.

Extremely unprofessional. They do not provide patient centered care. The dentist tries to bully you into treatment and if you refuse he kicks you out of the office. I highly DO NOT Recommend.

I'm not sure why anyone would have a reason to not rate this office 5 stars. Dr. Spohr is highly accredited in his field and his staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Because of prior bad experiences with another dentist, I had great reservations about visiting any dentist, but I'm glad I chose Pebble Brook Dentistry as they put all my fears to rest. Everyone at the office made sure they communicated every step/procedure, which made me feel comfortable knowing what was going on and what to expect. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this place is top notch!
