I couldn't have been more happy with the service provided by Jen from Paramount. To say that I was satisfied as an understatement. She was absolutely responsive to all questions at any hour of the day for any day of the week. She was incredibly thorough and demonstrated years of experience in her domain knowledge of trying to service a refinancing process. I can't fathom using anybody else for any mortgage needs and would absolutely recommend her to anyone else needing her assistance.
