I loved how nice they were and how the salon was well ventilated! They really took their time and even stayed past closing to finish me and my daughter. That said, I am not as happy with the finished product. I showed a picture of what I wanted which was a French ombré look. What I got was not that- it looks mostly like white polish. I also wanted to keep a certain length and they just kept filing so my nails are shorter despite my telling them several times. Lastly, my nails look wide and fat. I just had my first nail fill at Modern Nails after being referred by a friend. I was unable to get to my reg salon and my nails had become a complete mess and I needed them fixed quickly. I knew you needed an appointment here but since focus nails completely refused to help me I called Modern Nails. They were so kind and understanding and willing to help me out. The place was so comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. Vianna (sp?) was so friendly, I felt like I just made a new friend!
