So my daughter was kicked in the face, again, at school on 9/4/25. We just picked up her new glasses in August around the week of the 18th-22nd. She was distraught, as she has Autism and her glasses were broken, her eyebrow was cut open, just chaos for her. I called Midwest where we just got her glasses and Spencer answered. First, he was so sad and worried for my daughter, asking how she was and everything. Then he proceeded to hunt through the displays and back stock for her frames. He said it shows there is a pair in store, promised to have coworkers help when he was free a bit later to look more thoroughly. He still ordered her frames though. I get a call about 4 pm that he has found the frames and to come in before 5 and he will pop her lenses in. He said just come back when her frames arrive and he will switch the frames. He even cleaned the glasses and the receptionist gave Khit a half bag of skittles! Thank you Spencer and to the amazing team at Midwest! I would like it noted that both my kids have Autism. They can be a bit difficult to get through all the testing and what not. But everyone is so patient and so nice! I am so glad I found this place and my kids are well taken care of here!
We always good great, thorough service here. Gina at the front desk is amazing. She goes above and beyond with a smile the whole time!
