Great customer service! Called on a Monday due to seeing floaters and flashes over the weekend. They were able to work me in that same afternoon. Quick check-in process. Dr Rothbaum was very informative on everything. Awesome office.
I started seeing Dr. Rothbaum years and years ago when he was part of a large practice and was pleased to find out he had started his own practice closer to my home. Myself, my husband and our teen son are all patients. The optical department really shines. There are a lot of options and the woman who runs optical is very professional and very helpful. They have really great styles of frames available. My teen has but one request, he wishes they carried Ray Ban frames. 😀
