It was an ok experience. But at the end i tipped 25%, counter person said loudly, not enough. That ruined my relaxing message ?. Other places offer better service and even more important- a smile

My massage experience overall was just okay. My main issue was the lack of communication which I think had to do with a language barrier. First, no one asked me if a male therapist was ok (it was, but it would be the professional thing to ask first). He did not introduce himself, ask what kind of pressure I wanted, ask what areas of the body to focus on, etc.- all the usual questions one would be asked before a massage. There was also no communication during the massage, such as “is the pressure ok?” and so forth.
