I came in the store to return several window treatments that I didn’t have a receipt for all of what I was returning, I did place some online.
Josie was so nice and patient about doing the return which took about 20 minutes. I was very appreciative of her attitude and ability to make it happen. Great customer service!!!! ?
We came in the store to make a purchase for curtains. The ladies who helped us, Mary, Kim and Gina were such a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that we received all the discounts and promotions that JC Penny’s was offering. They deserve more than a pat on the back! Thank you ladies!
Very clean, friendly staff, well organized store. The exterior was kind of busted, not much curb appeal but then you walk through the doors and it's like a complete disconnect, so well run and put together.
