Recent 8 AM oil change was done in under an hour. The service concierge also provided a written estimate for my next servicing, which was very helpful in budgeting for. Bought the car here. all of the servicing visits so far have been exceptional.
Brought my Genesis GV70 in for some scheduled service. Over the past few years, this was my third visit. What I have consistently found is they are well organized, efficient, honest, and professional. While it takes a little longer than say going to a Jiffylube, I left with full confidence that everything is done correctly by knowledgeable mechanics.
The service department was able to accommodate me for a flat tire replacement on the same day, which I greatly appreciated. The person who received me was not friendly to begin with but improved overtime. They cleaned the interior of the car before they handed over, and it smelled good. Overall, a 4/5 service but for the initial hiccup.
