After disappointing experiences with Genesis Carmel, it was nice to get great service at the Noblesville location. I will definitely make the longer drive for them to service my vehicle from now on. Caleb was great!

Had an issue with transmission after 170,000 miles that was covered under warranty. They were able to get it replaced and loaned me a car while it was in the shop. Service agents very friendly and accommodating. Great communication and good service.

This was my 2nd service on my GV70 at Genesis of Noblesville working with Jim. He is great to work with, keeps up with communication, and is always very friendly. He takes any concern I have seriously. Thank you Jim!
