Marty was beyond thoughtful and patient during the entire process of initial appointment, install, and after installation inspections. He was very helpful with guiding us through the pet soiling damage repairs and how enzymes worked. This is how our floors look a little over one year and we are still satisfied.
Installation was great. Carpet looked better than expected. Installer respectful and helped move most of the furniture back to its original place. Very, very satisfied.
I gave 4 stars because there was miscommunication about time of Installation that was a bit frustrating.

The installation process exceeded our expectations. The crew completed our entire house in just one day, and they were so professional and helpful. They moved all of our heavy furniture, took great care of everything, and even put it all back together when they were finished—which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise!
