I contacted Attorney Duepner to help guide me through my father's estate after he passed. My dad didn't have a Will or Trust. I live across the country (18k miles away from Indiana) with a 2hr time difference and knew this process would not be easy. My dad had a complicated relationship with a domestic partner along with other barriers/contrast that would make it harder than a "normal estate".
