I have always had a pretty good experience with crew car wash. I’ve had a few issues over the years but overall they are pretty good. I wish they would reduce the time you have to wait in line for the interior clean, but I understand that it does take some time it’s just so overcrowded at the Hamilton town center location. They should build more interior cleanser, other locations to reduce some of the queue.

An expensive car in front paid the attendant extra to brush the front of his car. I didn't tip and he did not was the front of my car. I paid using washes coupon book. Why do I have to pay extra to get standard service?

This is our home base Crew Carwash. I will generally run our vehicles through the exterior wash and the interior clean on Saturday or Sunday morning. I have also been known to go through and get the interior cleaned if we have done some even that tracked a lot of grass or debris into the car.The car wash is pretty typical Crew, it does only have one express lane versus the two that many of the other Crew washes around town have.This one is the only one that I know of that has the express interior clean option.
