I highly recommend Bone Dry Roofing. It wasn't my cheapest bid. Quality of the materials, and their Warranty, which is transferrable to a new home owner sold me. Supervisors Mark and Girol, updated me and sent photos of the work as it was done, tremendous communication. Cleanup was excellent.
We have used Bone Dry roofing for years. They are professional,courteous and prompt. All their service staff are always dressed professionally and they are knowledgeable.They are extremely thorough and leave the work site impeccable. I appreciate the fact that they provide photos and video of the inspection and recommended repairs if necessary. They even have a second inspection with a video after repairs are completed. Definitely a five star rating for this outstanding company!
I worked with Ryan Norbeck and I can't say enough good things about him. He came out and thoroughly inspected my roof, documented the damage, and identified several items that were not up to code. With the detailed information he provided, I was able to engage my roof warranty and get those code issues resolved.
Ryan came back to verify the completed warranty work and then finished the remaining repairs that fell outside of the warranty claim. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and the time he took to thoroughly document everything — his thoroughness is what made the warranty process possible.
