Working with AG&Sons was a great experience. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and it was all done as we discussed. I am thrilled with my floor refinish result. There's only one downside - their work is so good now the other floors that I thought looked pretty decent before - not so much! Glad to have found these guys and I'd definitely recommend them!

We had just relocated to Indy, bought a home and needed to get floors refinished. We hired a different company that came and completely messed up our floors. After they gave us such a hard time, they walked away with our deposit (over $1,500). My husband's brother works in construction and told him to call Griffith. I was in such despair (imagine being without a kitchen and living room for almost a month and just moved in), that I called Griffith and literally said "I need you to rescue us". Griffith took me so seriously that the next day --on a Saturday--they had a a very nice guy come and give us a quote. They were even cheaper than the other company!. Griffith fixed our floors and gave us the right color during their first visit! The other company took almost a month trying to get something going for us; this company did it in a week. The other company was unprofessional, disrespectful, and never took responsibility by walking away with our deposit after destroying our floors and leaving us with a hopeless feeling. This company was polite, extremely professional, available and totally worked with us. They literally rescued us. Thank you, thank you Griffith. I'm in love with my floors and so are the rest of our family and friends.
