Walked in with no appointment. I waited less than five minutes and was seated. They gave me the exact haircut that I requested. The stylist was friendly and attentive. She seemed genuinely interested in getting it right and made suggestions for trimming my beard. A wonderful experience.

The convenience to check-in online is awesome! A good portion of the time, I get a good person. What bugs me is that their payment machine tip minimum is $5. I'm generally there for about five minutes. While I do understand the customary percentages 'n all, just don't believe that is quite applicable for my needs being that am pretty much doing a buzz cut. Not a big deal, but does feel like a tip culture casualty.

I can't say enough great things about Dylan! Dylan has been cutting my hair (weekly) for approximately 3 years now. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. He has taken the time to understand what I want and has offered great suggestions. The end result is ALWAYS beyond my expectations – my hair has never looked better!
