I was extremely impressed with Bayer's Plumbing yesterday. They were the perfect example of what customer service should be for any business today. They fit me in last minute, waived my estimate fee and came out twice to fix my issue all while having prompt communication, customer focused attitudes, and excellent service all while well below competitors pricing! Shout out to Bryant and Keaton for being awesome! if I have any future plumbing needs I'm calling Bayer's!

We have used Bayers for years for many jobs and have always been pleased with their work. They are family owned and they go out of their way to get the job done efficiently and correct and at a fair price. Today we had a new sink installed by Matt in our new pool house. He was very meticulous in his work was perfect. Very professional. Thank you again for another job well done!

We started using Bayer's Plumbing shortly after moving back to Newburgh from the St. Louis area in 2019. A few years later, we had an issue with the toilet in our basement bathroom, where the pump kept burning out. After initially charging us for the repair, Bayer's kept coming out at no charge until it was finally fixed. The owner of the company came on one of these visits and told me that they would keep coming at no charge until the problem was fixed - which is exactly what happened. Experiences like this restores one's faith in humanity. Do yourself a favor, use Bayer's Plumbing and don't look back.
