This company is unbelievably unprofessional. Multiple appointments that they never showed up for, constantly failing to return calls, owners and employees who were outwardly insulting, including the owner telling my husband not to be “a chick”. After signing the contract they gave us the run around for at least a month before finally telling us that the solar panels, which we had only agreed to for a set monthly price, were actually going to cost $20-30 more per month. The owner was initially a bully, telling us we had no choice but to accept, and then when we met in person was apologetic, explaining that it was an alcoholic employee that may or may not have forged our signatures who had created all the issues. Said employee was supposedly fired, though come to find out he is still operating as a salesman so he can totally manipulate other clients for this company. Anyway, we ended up with a compromise that we would try to work something out, but a few weeks later we were treated to a barrage of messages saying that they were gonna put a lien on our home and sue us if we didn’t go through with it. We agreed to a meeting to smooth things out, and instead of the one on one we thought we were gonna have, they shoved us unknowingly into a meeting with all the shareholders, who took turns berating my husband and threatening to beat us with their wallets if we didn’t sign an amendment to our old contract. So, beyond the bait-and-switch, manipulation, and bullying, I still wouldn’t recommend this company because they failed their first inspection with our solar panels. Incompetent and shady. 0/5 stars.
