Always prompt.Have been a patient for many years.Always received great care.They ship my eye products directly to the door.They give me copies of my prescription.They show me whats going on in a way I can understand
Dr. Chelsea Werncke is the only optometrist I will take my family to. I’m sure there are other greats one, but she always goes above and beyond for my family. She is very thorough, caring, and is available if I have any questions or concerns.
Very thorough examination. Doctor was very informed. Staff was very helpful. Only problem is that they are very busy - it took a few weeks to get an appointment, especially considering I’m a returning patient and the wait was almost an hour once I got there. The representative in the glasses center was extremely helpful and there was no wait to see him. He even looked up another provider for a pair of sports glasses that they don’t carry.
