Conrads did warranty work on a brand new transmission that had been installed out of state in our 2014 campervan. Exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this establishment.

They changed my RMS and it still leaked a little. Called back , took it in and fixed it no questions asked. Hell of a garage. I know where I will always go.
Also Tiffany was up front and honest with what might needed to be replaced and the prices for everything. They didn’t need to replace anything else which was about $400. The kicker here is I would have not even known if they did or didn’t.

The transmission went out on our business van. The van is not paid for…

Two years ago I was in the same situation with an older van. I paid a place in Louisville quite a bit of money to replace the transmission and it failed again 6 months.

Had to trade the unpaid for van in with zero value to get a new vehicle….

So this time I was scared.

Thankfully I found Conrad’s and they offered me a one year unlimited mile warranty for not much more than the other place charged!

The van will be paid for in less than a year so this is a life saver!

The van drives great now! I can actually pull out in traffic confidently again!
