“We purchased our first RV used. Of course there were small issues i was able to fix myself but we also had soft floors near the entry door and around the toilet. Decided to give B & S a try as I wasn't comfortable getting into that deep of a repair project. They came to our house assessed the issues and we set an appointment. I will say originally we were told it would only take a week but as they got into the job it was a little worse off than originally thought. It turned into 3 weeks and a rescheduled trip however they were adamant to do the job RIGHT which is worth it to me. And even though it took much longer than expected we were not billed for the extra time and they stand by their work. Our floors are solid as new as well as the the cause of the problems rectified. Will definitely call upon them again if needed. Thank you guys for all your hard work!”
