This was our first visit, and it absolutely did not disappoint. I took my boys (ages 3 and 5) in yesterday, and by this morning they were already asking to go back!
My oldest has autism and typically struggles with sensory environments like this, but the staff were incredible with him. They took the time to explain each step, offered reassurance before moving on, and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. They even set him up so he could watch his videos while still getting an amazing haircut.

I had never been here before or taken my sons to get hair cuts yet, but when I went to this new Palestine location, Kris was extremely helpful directing me in the right direction of which style to get and was great with children ! We all loved the interaction & hair cuts and will for sure be back !!
