The Loft Hair Design is the absolute best salon in the greater New Castle area. The staff is friendly, courteous, professional, sweet, and talented. They listen, make helpful suggestions, and go out of their way to take care of clients. The salon is clean, beautifully and carefully decorated, and feels modern but cozy. They are great with fine hair and for special occasions, making everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and beautiful.
