Went in for exam, staff was great, but was surprised that none of the tools or equipment used were cleaned before putting them up to my face. No evidence of any cleaning solutions or towels. Maybe done when no patient is around.

The Lamberson & Malott Eye Center provides a great experience for patients, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. The doctors take the time to explain procedures and prioritize patient care, addressing any questions or concerns. However, some attention is needed to ensure proper sanitization and cleaning of equipment before use. Despite this, the center is highly recommended for its excellent eye care.

I had an appointment with Dr. Malott on Thanksgiving Monday, I appreciate him and his staff so very much because they take such great care of their patients. They explain what they are doing prior to it being done. You are their top priority, they take their time, never rushing you through. Questions and concerns are addressed and covered. For the very best in eye care, choose the very best.
