If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. Tom is rude and when I told him my nails were "bumpy" he said "oh it's ok, it bc they short", to which I replied "no, I have short nails all the time and they never look like this". He was Rude from the moment I stepped in the door. Once I sat down for my nails to be done he asked me several times what shape I wanted and I said the same exact thing each time "square, rounded edges", I guess the 20 times I told him still didn't register bc I got some awkward shape that I can't define as square or round. First time and will not go back. Got my nails done and they left nail polish on my fingers and gunk under my nails, some parts of my nails don’t even have polish on them.

I was coming to Kim's Nails for more than two months! I would recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere because even if you make an appointment to come in, their customers aren't their number one priority. This was my second time going here, and even called the last time and made an appointment to get in and out. They were only focused on the three girls at this salon, who were there when I arrived, and when I left. I have never before in my entire life saw a place work so slow. I was driving all the way from Muncie to come to this salon. Sometimes they are good with nails, depending on who does them, but in no way shape or form should they be operating... read full review
