I have had reoccurring back problems and have tried using chiropractors in the past. I have felt like I was a part on an assembly line that only received attention for 10 minutes. I then went to First Choice Physical Therapy. The therapists instructed and supervised a number of stretches and exercises to perform. After working up a good sweat, they helped my muscles relax with a therapeutic massage to the injured area. I highly recommend these therapists and will return to them again if need be.

From getting signed in to the therapy that I was given it was an excellent experience!! My appointments were made very easily by Ashland.And my therapy was taught to me by Beth and Candy. I learned so much and grew stronger with my therapy. I can’t thank all of them enough. If I ever need any more therapy First Choice is where I will go for sure!!
