Mike and his team professionally tackled the large list of new construction excavating needs. From stump removal and site grading, to foundation excavating, septic & drive installation, they handled it well - They even groomed and planted the lawn. We had a full septic tank and one of our bathrooms flooded. I called KFex and spoke with Rachel and she told me that they would get someone out here today, I honestly didn't think it would be until this evening. I was shocked to see their truck in front of our house before I finished cleaning the water up from my bathroom floor! I have never had such fast customer service!! And when I callef there I did not get a voicemail, I got Rachel who was very friendly and willing to help! Thank you SO VERY MUCH! ?
