Vortex had a technician at my house within 90 minutes of me calling them. Tanner, the technician dispatched, was very patient and knowledgeable. Although not able to completely fix my issue, it wasn't due to Tanner not trying or not having the knowledge. Seems a recent storm had corrupted a file in my very old computer. My many thanks to Vortex.
