Vortex had a technician at my house within 90 minutes of me calling them. Tanner, the technician dispatched, was very patient and knowledgeable. Although not able to completely fix my issue, it wasn't due to Tanner not trying or not having the knowledge. Seems a recent storm had corrupted a file in my very old computer. Knowlegeable, yes; Flexible, yes; Affordable, yes. I have tried several computer repair services in the area and Vortex Computer did something I found incredible: they did what they said they would do & hit the repair dates at the agreed prices. They also updated me on the process if any further issues were found and gave me price/repair options along the way. This may seem trivial to some but, in the age of computer repair today, fix cracked glass for your iphone tomorrow, this is refreshing. Priced extremely well and locally owned and operated. Will see the project all the way through and were highly professional. Would recommend to anyone.
