I purchased a 1 month package in May 2024, and then was charged in July. It was a shock to me that they would store my payment information and continue charging me monthly without explaining this to me at my initial contact. I decided to go ahead and use it for June and July, but I stopped payment for August because my grandfather was dying, and I needed to be present for our family and him. Fast forward to about 3 weeks ago, and I received a text message stating they were offering me a promotional discount for certain services. I bought it. Best tanning salon around by far, from extremely more than friendly staff very clean throughout entire place. Any questions you may have or are needing to know anything from different kinds pf tan lotion to recommend beds for your skin type and how long you should stay in. Extremely recommend.
I’ve been going to this location for a few years now. It’s fine. It’s clean and fast. My frustration is with the employees not being properly trained or equipped to handle situations. The last time I was in to get a spray tan I had purchased a spray tan with double legs. The machine never did the second pass on the legs. When I informed the employee they were flustered and didn’t know how to deal with it. They gave me a card to contact customer service. In addition they had pushed for the upsell of a package of 2. Today, when I try to redeem my credit for the second spray tan, they said it was expired. They never told me that the second expires after 2 months....read full review
