I was completely shocked by their price increase from last year. I had a basic manicure - no polish removal, minimal shaping, no gel polish, not even nail polish because I have an upcoming surgery. $30, I think that is ridiculous! I feel sure this same service was $15 last year. I checked the price for a pedicure and the basic pedicure price is $40. Last May it was $25.
I was disappointed in my nails. The service was quick and the nail tech was very kind but my nails looked sloppy and are going up already after 2 days. My friend that I was with got a fill in and french tips also and her nails took 45 minutes longe than my full set with French tips. Overall the place is very clean and neat. The service is well too.
I’ve always had a positive experience at Pretty Nails. Both my manicure and pedicure have looked great after getting them done. They are also friendly, polite and accommodating. It’s refreshing not having to worry whether my nails will look good.
