Optum Primary Care - New Albany

Very clean welcoming environment when walking in. Staff at registration was friendly and my primary was wonderful listened to everything I had concerns about. Read other reviews by others and I didn't have any of those issues.I showed up 20 to 15mins early and I'm also a new patient.It was very pleasant and professional.

Had a TLIF surgery on my L4 & L5. Dr. Blok and PA Silva were phenomenal. Praise the Lord my procedure and recovery have been flawless. Blok and Silva checked on me before and after my procedure. Stayed overnight at a local facility and didn’t have any issues. Praise the Lord and the doctors!

I had to get blood drawn, I have a horrible fear of needles (despite having a face full of piercings) bc of previous experiences with hospitals. the staff surrounding me and helping draw my blood were so patient and kind even when I started crying and breaking down. I appreciate them all so much, I definitely recommend going here :)
