“I can’t say enough good things about Sorg Sport and Wellness! The facility is always clean, welcoming, and has a fantastic atmosphere. But what really makes this place special is the instructors—especially Shelly. She is absolutely incredible! She brings so much positive energy to every session, pays close attention to everyone's form, and makes you feel motivated no matter your fitness level. If you're thinking about joining, do it”
“I’ve met Silas more than a year ago and since then my results are way better. At the same time I’m spending about twice less time on trainings than I used to. It was 3 trainings a week, now we switched it to 5 (because that’s what I wanted) and he is still very flexible about time we are meeting. He is going above a beyond to accommodate our schedules and even if it’s not possible within a certain day, Silas sending me list of exercise, so I can do it by myself. I could not imagine a better combination of performance and convenience than this guy is performing for me. Thank you!”
