I only go to the New Albany, IN branch so their leather specialist can work on repairing my leathers. She's really good at sewing patches too.Update: the Leather lady has moved on.No longer with Nu-Yale. Bummer

Awesome place! Had my daughters prom dress pressed there and it came back still wrinkled! The manager fixed it immediately and didn’t charge me! Then I received a card in the mail! So sweet! I love how they email you when your clothes are ready! Very good customer service! I will be back! Highly recommend them!

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere when entering the store, the lady behind the counter was very informative and professional. I made it a point to show her a stain on one of my shirts and she assured me that she would not let the shirt leave the store with that stain. When I picked up the shirt there was no stain. She even assured me that she did not want me to leave the store with my freshly cleaned shirts unless I was totally fine with them. I was a little concerned about the price per shirt, its quite a bit more than I am used to paying however I will be back, Customer service is the name of the game and this store knows how to do it.
