Had such a great experience getting a haircut here. Krista did a great job and was so knowledgeable about products and talked me through styling so I could do my hair at home. 10/10
Because of my own experience getting a hydro facial with derma planning several years ago here I knew they would take care of my son who got a Acne Facial; Kaitlyn was great; she asked his concerns, answered my questions, she made him feel comfortable and I enjoyed the atmosphere as I hung out during his session; you could tell the difference when she was done; his face was lighter and renewed; it was his first facial for which he said it was a 10 out of 10 experience!!
Great experience. If I had to say something they could improve in , would be, more sinks. I've waited a few minutes with ny stylist to get shampooed. They are kind and its all about the experience. There is a long wait. I love that the stylist take their time with their clients to pamper during the shampooing. The smells alone of the Aveda products causes me to wait happily for that 5 minutes. As always Nick is great at what he does and educates me on ways to care for my hair and how to style.
