Had a leak at the store I manage for months and had many roofers come out and attempt to fix it with nothing but unsuccessful attempts. Took the guy from IRC less than 30 minutes to find the leak was coming from a damaged HVAC on the roof and not the roof itself. Found the source of this ongoing issue very quickly after 6 months of ongoing issues. Super friendly and well-informed too.
IRC was great to work with. Extremely responsive to communication. Competitively priced. They stand by their product and their quality of work, but I was most impressed by the level of service and communication throughout three flat roof installations on multi-dwelling buildings. David at IRC went above and beyond to satisfy the client.
I highly recommend this company! IRC has been servicing our commercial roofs for over 15 years now. Not only are their prices very competitive, but service and workmanship are top notch!
