We brought our 6 y/o daughter for an ears piercing appointment with Donnelle on Saturday, 5/13/2023. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, or Donnelle. The space is very clean, and you can see they take pride in their shop and what they do. Donnelle was incredible with our daughter. She talked her through everything and made sure my daughter felt safe and comfortable with the entire process. She embodied professionalism and was so amazing. Can’t say enough awesome things about Kayla. She was so easy to talk to and really took the time to walk through my tattoo design with me, to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Shop was very clean. My tattoo exceeded my expectations. Her fine line work is excellent!Also, the person who manages the scheduling communication was fantastic. Very quick and informative responses.Great experience!
