what are the things we all complain about when it comes to IT support?

- lack of dependability (not getting back to you when they say they will)
- attitude (they just don't seem to really care about what you're going thru)
- inability to fix the problem (they just don't ever actually fix it then start giving you excuses)

well Infinite Solutions is guilty of NONE of these things! I have never had this kind of service in tech support, and frankly, I've very rarely had anything approaching it in any other field either! We can not say enough good things about the support that Infinite Solutions has provided our organization. They have been amazing and gone above and beyond creating a lasting partnership with us. They deliver best level of customer service, they always follow through with us to ensure all of our support needs are delivered. They were instrumental in providing a difficult technical service transferring important patient data. Without their services the health of our Practice would have been greatly diminished. Matt, Todd and Melissa have been fantastic, having them as an IT contractor gives a small business like ours the same clout as an entire IT department of a large Cooperation at a fraction of the cost. We highly recommend them without an reservation.
