I ended up taking my boy Bluey here after he got hurt and everyone here was very nice and friendly and they took good care of us while we were there. We definitely will be back in the future.

Recently visited with my Coonhound who was a new patient. Access has a very organized system for setting up the appointment which I loved! I filled out a questionaire/info online when setting up the appt which saved time from having to do it at the vet's office since my dog is a new patient. This allowed me to walk right in their front door for our appt and straight back to the room with my dog vs having to sit in the waiting room with her (she is too vocal for that, lol). So it was much appreciated. They sent a text and email for the appt confirmation so with one click, it was confirmed. Honestly this place has way better customer service then the last vet I went to. They are very polite and professional. They took very good care of me fur baby and answered all of my questions and actually listened to my concerns. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves their fur babies and wants the best care possible for them.
