Tim Nifong takes care of you from sales to service and does a phenomenal job! We had SES do a 4 panel solar system , Lithium Batteries ,and Victron inverter in our Class A Motorhome. We needed some help troubleshooting our Lithium batteries as they were discharging and not holding a re-charge to operate the coach. Tim and his tech support staff did the troubleshooting remotely and were able to hook up to our system via Bluetooth to do an analysis of the system components. After spending their time with us they were able to watch the system operate and help us to resolve the charging issues that we had and the system is back up to 100% and running perfectly, completely resolving the issues we were experiencing. We are extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of their staff !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

SES did a phenomenal job! Forwarning this will be a long review 🙂 Some backstory, we did a recent DIY install of a solar system on our Class C RV - but it was not quite working as expected at initial use. The Victron dealer we purchased equipment from sent a troubleshooting sheet and that was about all of the support we got. We had already left our home base of Ohio and were on our way to Arizona. We needed some help critically as the system was not supporting a much needed cpap machine thru the night. We called and emailed NUMEROUS places. No return calls or they blew us off given they didn’t install the system. Luckily, Brian Burkholder, from SES, was kind and professional enough to call us back and try to help us out over the phone. THE ONLY ONE. We had explained we’d like an onsite assessment. He gave us upfront pricing. They had actually been our first choice anyways after having done some prior research, so we made an onsite appointment for day later. He was kind enough to make an opening for us given he knew we were in a bind. Fortunately, they also offer onsite, overnight RV parking with electric and water (reasonable $25/day). Great to be able to be close. And the parking spots are top notch - meticulously paved, level concrete. A really nice perk! We gladly utilized! Great base to check out the quaint towns in the area. When we arrived to SES, we were impressed with how incredibly neat and organized the shop was! Beautiful overall building with display & waiting area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though very busy. Several installs going on for motorhomes in the other bays. Brian, whom we had spoken to on the phone, met with us to assess our current system & needs. He then spent the next hour or so addressing & correcting our issues and also taking the time to explain & educate my husband on the system. He was incredibly effective, patient, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable! He addressed ALL of our concerns entirely and even provided upon our request a means to reach out for service once we do the planned expansion for our system. He left no detail unresolved. As we settled up and prepared to leave, we thanked him emphatically as we would have been truly stuck without their help. I wanted to confirm his last name to be sure that we had the right “Brian” to contact the next time (as there are three in the shop). When he said his last name, I realized that he was the owner (after having reviewed their website info previously). He was very modest about acknowledging. Was interesting to hear the story about how he & his wife had decided to start this company many years prior & made a leap of faith. Truly inspiring! But we can see why they have done so well given their level of service, professionalism and attention to detail. If we could give them 10 stars - we would. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest and skillful. We are new to solar and he, himself, took the time to educate us without hesitation and also never tried to upsell us - which is rare nowadays. If you are looking to get solar on your RV, home or business - these guys are the BEST! They do it ALL! Their website says “we are passionate about helping people” - boy, that could not be more spot on! We could not have been happier with the service we received! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
