Adam was very helpful and professional through the whole process! He is very knowledgeable about the process before you commit to anything. We were not able to build with him due to the cost but if it ever changes Modway homes is our first stop!
My husband and I were favorably impressed the first time we met with Nick and toured the house. After we made the decision to move ahead, Nick was very helpful as we navigated the process. Adam has always been wonderful to work with in working out difficult details and Kenny kept things moving. for the most part, most of the crews were great. We felt there were a few areas that workmanship Quality could improve, but overall we had a good experience and could recommend it to others. From start to finish, Adam and his staff was friendly, patient and honest. We knew what to expect and when there was a hiccup(its new construction, expect some hiccups), they managed it professionally and kept us informed. We had an unexpected family tragedy and Modway Homes made us feel like family. In the end, our new home came together beautifully and we are very happy. It was everything we wanted.
