We were unfortunately not part of the building process, but we moved in mid October and couldn't be more pleased with our new home. There have been minor issues that the team there have resolved quickly and with a smile. 100% recommend!

Modway team did a great job building our home. As everyone knows building at home has its challenges. The Modway team was very honest about the challenges we would face and helped us get through the process. The end results are amazing and we are very happy with our new home. If you’re in the market for a new home, we would definitely recommend Modway .

In 2021 our family was devastated by a complete home loss due to a fire. If you haven’t experienced such a catastrophe, than let me say that it is a full-time job working with the insurance company, excavators, contractors, local code and building commissions etc. When this happens, it's an overwhelming job that comes at the very worst time. I called several builders and ultimately was impressed with Adam and the Modway group since they had actual experience in working with insurance companies.
