We have resided here for over a year now and have not experienced any real issues since we get texts, and newsletters to keep us up to date on things going on within the community like frozen pipes and how the water will be shut off, keeping up with our yards and animal waste to avoid any unwanted fees. If we have needed something, whatever it may be.. the young lady at the front desk, the manager, and the whole maintenance crew pull together and do the best they can to fix the issue at hand. I really appreciate all they do. ?
