Very nice people & clean shop. Nice & cozy...I kept falling ? asleep. Although the guy wasn't able to find the problem, he was very detailed & had great manners.? from the girl at the front desk Dawn) to the mechanics in the shop; everybody was kind.

Outstanding customer service. Excellent communication. Persistent problem solving. My husband and I had a catastrophic issue with the fuel system on our Ford F-350 super duty truck while traveling through northern Indiana. We searched Google for a diesel mechanic and found Locke with a 4.9 Google review rating and 280 reviews. We called first thing on a Monday morning, told them our story, and they quickly worked us in. The issue with our truck didn’t follow Ford flowchart protocol. I'm a senior citizen who doesn't understand automobile mechanical things. I called upon Locke Auto recently to assist me with the safety evaluation of my 2006 Buick, particularly to check my front disc brakes, and some noises I was hearing. I found everyone at Locke Auto to be professional and neighborly. They evaluated the condition of my vehicle, made repair recommendations, and even seamlessly coordinated with my auto mechanical insurance policy called CarShield, which paid a good chunk of my bill.
