“I was in need of a new furnace and A/C and Crist was the go-to company for me. No one likes spending money on something like this, but if I'm going to do it, I want it done right. Crist came out and walked me through my options (no sales pressure at all) and then we did the installation.

Installation was quick and efficient. It was a 2-day operation but super easy from my side. The team was professional and did a fantastic job. I had to have a new return in my living room and they had to cut into the floor. Everything was completely clean: no sawdust or dirt anywhere. I would have had no idea they did anything!

The furnace setup itself in the basement looks professional and clean. No clean up or mess on my side.

“They came out the same day I called to put a plug in my water heater. Definitely grateful for the last minute service. My only issues would be the guy on the phone wasn't friendly at all, in fact he chuckled when I told him the situation I was in and also for a $2 plug and 30 minutes of his time it was $162 which I thought was a little steep but they did get me out of jam so oh well.“
