Our family recently purchased a home manufactured by Fairmont.Although the initial process with our contractor did not go as planned, Fairmont homes made things right even when this circumstance was completely out of their control.Thank you Fairmont for sending your wonderful technicians to our home to finish and fix the things our contractor neglected to do correctly or even at all. Have seen some negative reviews, has not been our experience. We picked out our house from the lot in Guelph and had it delivered within a month. It is super warm as today is -28 with the windchill and house is easily keeping 22. A far improvement to our old farm house. The floor is warm easy to maintain, showers and bathroom roomy and efficient. Cost per square foot was a fraction the costof a stick frame and a fraction of the time to construct. Would of been faster but for Ontario and municipal red tape. Thank you to all at this company who helped us and would do so again.

Employee experience:This is one of the greatest companies I have had the opportunity to be a part of.Every job has it's ebbs and flows, but the management team really wants the best for their employees.On my worst days I can be found in shambles, and I can receive the words of encouragement that I need to finish the day. In a factory environment, it's uncommon to receive kindness when everything is going left.
