About Factory Expo Home Centers
Factory Expo Home Centers offers a positive and supportive home buying experience. Customers praise the knowledgeable and helpful representatives who guide them through each step of the process. Clients appreciate the honesty and transparency provided by staff like Cody, who helped a family travel from Michigan to find their dream home. The manager, Michael, is also commended for his commitment to client care and success. Factory Expo's dedication to customer satisfaction makes it a highly recommended choice for those searching for a new home.
Just started working with Michael on our new home project & couldn't be happier so far! He spent longer than expected (in the best way possible!) explaining how the whole process works from start to finish. He went through our preferred budget and broke down everything that would go into our payment and showed us models that would work for us. The factory tour was very informative and showed us all the ways their homes are superior to other options on the market. Super impressed so far!
If we could give Factory Expo Home Centers 10 stars, we'd give it 11. We could not be happier with the assistance we received in picking out our Park Model. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and very professional. The GM, Michael, spent all the time we needed, giving us a factory tour and help picking out exactly what we wanted. We ordered our home on the spot, and look forward to receiving it soon. We highly recommend Factory Expo Home Centers without reservation.
Cody is very responsive and helpful assuring that we will have a home we love at a price that works for us. We were able to look at models on their property and even took a ride to the lot by the factory to see exteriors first hand. We are very happy with our choice of companies to use.
