Michael Williams was a very professional, personable, polite, and knowledgeable representative. He took several hours of his day to show us around the factory so we could look at models we liked under construction. He even introduced us to others on his staff. We had been to several other dealers in Michigan and Indiana and he was by far the best. Highly recommended.
