I had been going to a nail tech for twenty-five years when her health forced her into retirement. I tried several salons who offered service for acrylic nails. Hands down, Pals Nails and More is the best. The salon is clean and easily accessible. They make every effort to keep their clients safe by sterilizing tools and equipment between uses. I'm so thankful that I found Angie. In fact, all of the ladies there are wonderful. They're professional, personable, and very accommodating. Even though I'm one of Angie's clients, they all greet me when I come in and when I leave. If Angie wasn't available I would feel completely comfortable having my nails done by any member of the wonderful staff. Friendly doesn't come close to describing their attitude. As far as the quality of service, Angie is meticulous in her work, and is often more particular about how my nails look than I am. She takes great pride in her work, and I appreciate that. Most people don't know what customer service is anymore. They provide the least amount of service for the fee that they are charging, so I value Angie going above and beyond to make me happy. It was my first time going to this salon but I have to say I will be going back! The salon doesn’t smell like chemicals, the women are so nice and they all speak English which is a plus! Again I will be back!

If you already have your nails done from another shop this is not the place to go try for the first time. I called to make appointment she stated they don’t remove product from another place. It’s a easy soak off and start fresh was my thoughts. They don’t offer dipping powders either. I was looking for a new shop but I guess not.
