If I could give this place a 0 stars I absolutely would LTS clinic is so last minute with billing they make sure right before you walk out now you gotta pay and forcefully wanted me to pay right then . When my son has insurance that covers visits they’re not wanting my insurance just my money which isn’t a problem 30$ don’t break me but the inconvenience of informing me then go as far to say we’ll u signed like I always signed a paper before my son being seen and the paperwork did not state no fee of any sorts . Just unprofessional and the lady was very combative and rude like never will return for them to look at my child increase his glasses wanting more money...read full review
Sincerly, keep looking. This location is just short of chaos, and desperately in need of professional management. The doctors are helpful, but the staff is horrible. Very disorganized, impatient, and unprofessional. Was not seen by a doctor until 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time. Look elsewhere, you will not reget it. I will never step foot in another LTF facility.
My son is a patient of Dr. Allmaras. He had an appointment for Oct then they moved it back to November. They didn't even call me when they moved it back again. They just sent a post card. Then now they moved it back to February. I will never go back there again. If it is a doctor reschedule I feel they should call and not change it and send a postcard. Then when they changed it for the third time they cant get him in until February. When I called to let her know we are canceling and will go somewhere else because we cant wait that long she was rude. The staff is very rude.
