I went to B nail lounge for the first time today and got a dip powder mani and a pedicure. The shop was clean, and cute, the service was fast and the attention to detail made me so happy. I will definitely return!

Wow! Great work and service!! I came in and did a mani pedi, they did my mani first and I accidentally spilled my full cup of coffee I brought in. I apologized too many times and they said no worries and were really cool about it. Bill who did my feet bought me a coffee ?? so sweet of them and this was my first time coming so I will be back! That’s what you call excellent service!!!!

I got a fill somewhere else today and they looked awful. I was so sad. I immediately came back here and they took them off completely for me and redid them. I am so much happier with them now and i vow to never go anywhere else again. This was only my second visit here but both times were great. They even discounted my new set today even though it wasnt their mistake to correct. Ill be back again and again!!! Thank you so much!!!! Ken, you killed it today! Honestly, thank you again you all really took care of me today!!
